How to do it

Tape a spatula or wooden spoon to the back of a paper plate to form a racket handle.

Inflate a balloon and use the racket to bat it from one side of the room to the other.

For more fun, transfer the balloon into a basket using only the racket.

Make two rackets and play balloon badminton with the kid. Both hands are fine for younger kids.
