Simply Play ("we," "us," or "our") operates simply-play.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it short because we actually want you to read it.
What we collect
Email address. Only if you sign up for our newsletter. We use GoHighLevel (GHL) to send emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send you.
Activity submissions. If you submit a play idea through the site, we collect the information you provide in that form (name, email, activity details). We use it only to review and potentially publish your submission.
Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymized, aggregate data (page views, general location, device type) and does not track individual users or use cookies for advertising.
Contact messages. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. We use that information to respond to you.
What we do not collect
- Payment information (we don't sell anything directly)
- Personal data from children under 13
- Social media credentials or linked account data
- Any data sold or shared with advertisers
Children's privacy
Simply Play is a resource for parents and teachers, not a service directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Third-party services
YouTube. Some activity pages embed YouTube videos. YouTube's own privacy policy governs any data collected by those embeds.
Vercel. Our site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes request logs (IP addresses, user agents) as part of normal hosting. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.
GoHighLevel. We use GHL to send newsletters. If you subscribe, your email address is stored in GHL. GHL's privacy policy applies to that data.
Sponsored content
Some pages on Simply Play feature toy and board-game brands that sponsor their placement. We label all sponsored and featured brand content clearly. We do not share your personal data with sponsor brands.
Cookies
Simply Play itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless by design. YouTube embeds may set cookies when you interact with them; you can block these through your browser settings.
Your rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, email us at hello@simply-play.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
