How to do it

  1. 1

Cut bubble wrap into oval/circle shapes for the pineapple bodies and cardboard into leaf shapes for the tops.

  2. 2

Paint the bubble wrap pieces yellow and the cardboard pieces green using a paintbrush.

  3. 3

Let pieces dry, then glue the painted bubble wrap bodies and cardboard leaves onto a sheet of white paper.

  4. 4

Cut small circles and facial features from black paper and glue them onto the pineapple bodies to create fun faces.

Tips & extensions

Pre-cut the bubble wrap and cardboard shapes ahead of time so toddlers can focus on painting and assembling.
