Diamond Easter Egg Puzzle
A cardboard Easter egg divided into colored diamonds, then turned into removable puzzle pieces. Color recognition meets shape sorting.

How to do it

Draw a large Easter egg on cardboard and divide it into diamond-shaped sections.

Color each diamond a different bright color.
- 3
Carefully cut a few of the diamonds out as puzzle pieces.
- 4
Have the kid match each cut-out piece back to its space.
Tips & extensions
Outline the egg in black after coloring to make the diamonds pop. Start simple for younger kids and add more pieces over time.
