How to do it

  1. 1

    Draw a Frankenstein on poster paper with a window cut in the middle of his head and two more on either side.

  2. 2

    Color a popsicle stick black and write a sequence of numbers on it.

  3. 3

    Have the kid slide the stick through the windows to find the number that fits between the two shown.

Tips & extensions

Poster paper holds up better than regular paper. Make the slot a little bigger than the stick so it slides smoothly.
