How to do it
- 1
Cut a large hole in the center of a paper plate, leaving the rim as the mask frame.

Paint the rim orange to make a beard.

Cut a green hat shape with a black band and yellow buckle.
- 4
Glue the hat onto the top of the plate.
- 5
Tape a popsicle stick to the bottom as a handle.
Tips & extensions
Add shamrock or gold coin decorations for extra St. Patrick's Day flair.
