How to do it

Stretch a layer of tape sticky-side-up between two chairs.

Cut orange and green paper pumpkin pieces and press them onto the non-sticky side.

Move the tape to a window with the sticky side facing out.

Cut small black paper shapes for the face and have the kid stick them on.
