How to do it

  1. 1

Use white school glue to draw snowflakes on dark paper.

  2. 2

Sprinkle salt over the wet glue, then tap off the excess.

  3. 3

Once the glue is dry, dab a wet brush of paint to the salt and watch the color spread along each line.

Tips & extensions

A dropper works in place of a paintbrush if the kid prefers.
